Refund policy

MADE TO ORDER
Every Manaddo product is printed individually for you after you place your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Just email us at info@manaddo.com with your order number. After this time, production has already started and the order can no longer be cancelled.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives with a clearly visible defect or damage, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@manaddo.com. Please include your order number and photos or a short video of the issue.
Once approved, you can choose:
• a full refund to your original payment method, or
• a free replacement (we'll make and ship a new one at no cost).
You won't need to pay for return shipping on defective or wrong items.

OTHER RETURNS
Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong model selected, or personal preference – unless required by applicable law.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may need a few extra days to process it.
